Payment: This is done through shopify's online payment system and not by ourselves therefore we do not keep any card details etc.

Cancellation: Please contact us by email to cancel an order. If your order is for hatching eggs and has already been dispatched, you will be unable to cancel as hatching eggs are perishable goods.

If goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned within 14 days in an unused and resaleable condition to receive a refund. Please note that hatching eggs cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched and, as they are perishable goods, they cannot be returned.

Returns Customers have up to 14 days after the dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any products please contact us by email.  Orders for eggs cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched and they cannot be returned because they are perishable goods.

Damaged Eggs If you receive any damaged eggs, please contact us by email on receipts. We will ask for evidence of damage and can then arrange a replacement or refund will be issued depending on what is appropriate and agreed. This will be for damaged eggs only as we cannot guarantee hatch rate (see below).

Hatching Eggs
We guarantee that our eggs will reach you intact. We cannot guarantee that hatching eggs will hatch. We are not in control over what happens to them once they leave us. There are many thing that can affect the viability, including a broody hen leaving the nest, incubator malfunction, power cuts, incubators calibrated incorrectly and rough handling of the eggs. We try to monitor fertility as best we can and before they leave us we do everything we can to protect our egg. They are posted in boxes with foam inserts designed for shipping eggs and use "fragile" tape and "this way up stickers".
